But don’t imagine this will slow the Mal-Valers down. They’ll just say Kenya’s two largest newspapers are in on it. Also in on it are all the people who knew Mark Ndesandjo and his family when Mark was growing up. All the neighbors, all the classmates, all the teachers, administrators, principals, etc. All these ppl wd have known there was never any David, but they’ve never uttered a word, not even a post or two on an anonymous blog.Birther civil war brought to you by Seizethecarp (Defend aircraft from "runway kill zone" mini-drone helicopter swarm attacks: www.runwaykillzone.com)
You see, everyone plays along. When the Daily Nation mentions David over and over, and The Standard (of Nairobi) does the same, readers who know better just shrug and move on. It’s no big deal.
Just as it wouldn’t be any big deal here, if Obama had suddenly added a brother to his own family. Suppose in ‘95 Obama had announced he lost his twin brother, Stan, in ‘87. He said it was a family tragedy, and that’s why they didn’t talk much about it.
You’d think some of the ppl who went to Hi Schl w Obama wd say something. Something like, ‘But except for his sister in Indonesia, he was an only child’.
But no. Nobody would say anything. If Obama decided, in ‘95, that he needed the mythos of a heretofore unknown brother, ppl wd simply accept it and move on.
Right?
This is precisely the problem w Mal-Valism. Nobody ever steps forward to confirm any part of it. Not one person has mentioned Stanley Ann being absent her senior yr at Mercer Island. Instead, the school raises money on the basis of their most famous *graduate*, Stanley Ann Dunham. Hmm.
You’d think a Mal-Valer wd pen them a letter, and mention that it’s fraudulent to pretend a person graduated who didn’t. But this is what’s so weird about Mal-Valism. They never confront the liars. Never.
For a while Kapiolani Medical Center had posted, and was raising $ based on, that hokey letter Obama sent them, claiming he was born there. Then WND sent the hospital a letter and pointed out that if Obama wasn’t born there, they were committing fraud. Boom; the letter disappeared and hasn’t been seen since.
Why won’t the Mal-Valers do similarly w Mercer Island? If they actually get results, the way WND did, they could throw that in the face of the doubters. Still they make no move. Hmm.
I could go on. Nobody at UoW has ever contested the fact that SADO went there a semester. No one who participated in the ‘forged’ transcript has ever blown a whistle. The forged LFBC has a whistleblower, a prominent one. But not one soul has ever said a word about ‘forging’ SADO’s transcripts. Nor has any prof who is listed as having taught her denied it. Profs deny having taught Obama at Columbia. But none have ever questioned SADO’s HI or WA transcripts/class attendance. Hmm.
Nothing about Mal-Valism makes sense. Yet some ppl cling to it. & don’t think a prominent article in Kenya’s largest newspaper will change that. It won’t. Nothing will. Ever. Sad but true.
"Words had to change their ordinary meaning and to take that which was now given them. Reckless audacity came to be considered the courage of a loyal ally; prudent hesitation, specious cowardice; moderation was held to be a cloak for unmanliness; ability to see all sides of a question, inaptness to act on any. Frantic violence became the attribute of manliness" -Thucydides

And Now This Word from Outer Space
Conspiracy Theorists against Conspiracies edition:
Uhhh...
ReplyDeletehttp://s5.tinypic.com/25qskmo.jpg
What happened to posters Nograyzone, Ibjensen, Ohiowfan, nopardons and so many others?
ReplyDeleteNot sure about the others, but I am reasonably certain nograyzone is no longer with us. Don't really keep track, but I recall they were badly ill. Ibjensen is about - just not posting as much any more.
DeleteNograyzone is alive and kickin..she just updated her FB page
DeleteKind of happy about that. Not fond of her views, but, you know? Sort of used to her being around.
Delete"Sort of used to《whatever》being around" is of course an observation equally valid regarding senile dementia, morbid obesity, racism, xenophobia random bigotry and the Ebola virus. None of those make a positive contribution to human existence either.
DeleteSometimes, the negative from one is the positive for others.
DeleteIf you are suggesting that the likes of "NoCriticalThinkingZone" are a positive electoral asset for anyone opposing whatever cause NCTZ attaches herself to then I agree completely. The closest thing the UK has to the Republicans has recently gone on the record regarding the detrimental effects of "swivel eyed loons" in the party I believe.
DeleteNot quite.
DeleteYou know people. It is very easy to go overboard on something without even noticing. She - and her equivalents on the left - are like deck railings on a ship. Make you pause and think - "You really want to go there?"
NCZ is one of the Freepers I feel more pity for. Her righteousness seems more a spur that causes misery than a shroud against the world.
DeleteI only categorize the man hating ugly rad fems like that...the ones who trash stay at home homes for being less than valuable.
ReplyDeleteExcept there are no feminists that do that.
ReplyDeleteGo ahead, show me one.
"Except there are no feminists that do that.
ReplyDeleteGo ahead, show me one."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Rad fems do trash stay at home moms..here are just a few..
Feminist icon, Simone de Beauvoir told Betty Friedan: “No woman should be authorized to stay at home to raise her children. Society should be totally different. Women should not have that choice, precisely because if there is such a choice, too many women will make that one.”
Feminist Ellen Herman explained the roots of modern feminism: “… the family – especially, the western patriarchal, bourgeois, and child-centered, nuclear family – as the most important source of women’s oppression.”
Heidi Hartmann, director of the Washington-based Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR), expressed a clear antipathy to marriage and motherhood when she wrote: “The crucial elements of patriarchy as we currently experience them are heterosexual marriage, female child rearing and house work, women’s economic dependence on men.”
Before she was raised to the high court, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg expressed herself on the issue of motherhood: “Motherly love ain’t everything it has been cracked up to be. To some extent it’s a myth that men have created to make women think that they do this job to perfection.”
I'd like to see the source for that Simone de Beauvoir quote. The only sources I could find had an agenda. I traced the quote to a book called Do-Gooders, but I couldn't look up what they were referencing because I don't own the book. The author has an obvious anti-liberal bias, so at the very least, the context of the quote is suspect, if not outright made up.
ReplyDeleteThe quote from Ellen Herman is obviously out of context, which again, is important.
Nothing wrong with the Hartmann or Ginsburg quotes. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make there.
I think it's pretty creepy that anon1 has such contempt for women that he had this screed rehearsed and prepared, in case the topic ever came up (shudder).
ReplyDeleteEuph - I am not going to confirm it word for word, but the quote attributed to Simone de Beauvoir is pretty damned close. Far as I remember it was a TV interview, not print. Could have been a promo tie in though, so it might be out there.
ReplyDeleteOnly reason I recall it at all is because my initial response was "What a fucking load of bullshit." Dad were slightly more forceful about it.
After searching a bit more, I found a book by Betty Friedan called It Changed My Life that has that interview in it. Anon1 (and many other anti-feminist conservative sources) cut off the last sentence (probably on purpose), which was, "It is a way of forcing women in a certain direction." The whole context can be found here.
ReplyDeleteNow, while I don't agree wholeheartedly with her statement, I can at least agree with the sentiment that she wanted women to be able to make choices and didn't want them to be pressured into that sort of life by authorities (hence the word "authorized" in her quote). In my opinion, the choice should be presented as absolutely equal to being a CEO, a scientist, or any other career. Many men decide to stay at home while the wife works, but do you ever see that presented as an option for a man? Equality is the goal here, and that may be where de Beauvoir was coming from.
I read this twice and have no idea what's going on. Absolutely lost!
ReplyDelete"I think it's pretty creepy that anon1 has such contempt for women that he had this screed rehearsed and prepared, in case the topic ever came up (shudder). "

Oh jeesh it was 2 minutes googling and cut and paste.
euphgeeko..
ReplyDeleteAnother by Amy Glass. Yes, many feminist have contempt for stay at home moms. There are thousands of these types of stories on the 'net. Sorry to burst your little liberal bubble huh bronco boy?
http://thoughtcatalog.com/amy-glass/2014/01/i-look-down-on-young-women-with-husbands-and-kids-and-im-not-sorry/
You libs arguments are so easily defeated ..don't know why I even post here..guess it's like looking at a car wreck..
ReplyDeleteAmy Glass from the C&P above. : "Every time I hear someone say that feminism is about validating every choice a woman makes I have to fight back vomit.
Do people really think that a stay at home mom is really on equal footing with a woman who works and takes care of herself? There’s no way those two things are the same. It’s hard for me to believe it’s not just verbally placating these people so they don’t get in trouble with the mommy bloggers."
"I think it's pretty creepy that anon1 has such contempt for women that he had this screed rehearsed and prepared, in case the topic ever came up (shudder). "
ReplyDelete------------------------------------------------------------------
Anonb..I do have contempt for the man hating liberal CUNTS.
If liberal arguments are so easy to defeat, why have you completely failed to do so at every turn? All you do is attack your own made up liberal strawman arguments (or in this case use quotes from obscure, and obviously extremist liberals) and then declare victory. But when an actual liberal starts debating you using real arguments, you run away. I wonder why that is? (I don't really wonder.)
ReplyDeleteanon1, I think you should just give in and join Boko Haram. Then you'll finally feel comfortable with women. You may even get a chance to attack a girls' school and force them into marriage, where they belong.
ReplyDelete"If liberal arguments are so easy to defeat, why have you completely failed to do so at every turn?"
ReplyDelete---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I failed? Did you even read Amy Glass blog? I'll post it once again because that's right you libs are mentally challenged.

I have no problem with strong, independent women who pulled up their big girl panties and don't go around with the victim card wedged in their cunts..the women who get things done and don't go around whining about the use of the word :"bossy"..in other words kick ass women. I want women to be equal.
Too bad you libs don;t have any of these women in your lives
Yes, you fail constantly because you only answer the arguments you want to answer and ignore everything else. And by the way, I would think that the Amy Glass quote would be one of those things you would agree with. Your side is always criticizing choices women make, like Bill O'Reilly and his obsession with Lindsay Lohan or Beyoncee. Or Republicans like Santorum who want to make birth control illegal. Doesn't sound very "validating," does it?
ReplyDeleteToo bad you libs don;t have any of these women in your lives
ReplyDeleteBecause there's no possible way any liberal could ever have those types of women in our lives. If we did, we'd be conservatives, right? This is the type of strawman argument I was talking about.
"Yes, you fail constantly because you only answer the arguments you want to answer and ignore everything else."
ReplyDelete----------------------------------------------------------------------
What??? Here is anoonymous comment to me..and I answered it with Amy glass's comments how did I fail? I bitched slapped him or her to the next county.

Except there are no feminists that do that.
Go ahead, show me one.

I don;t agree with Glass's comment..her comment is degrading to women who decide to be stay at home mom's..which is a very tough and difficult job. I think women should have a choice to go to work or be a SAHM or do both. Radical feminist have a beef with SAHM's.
As for Santorum I can't stand the guy..I like BC and porn and hate sweater vest.
And yes conservatives critize BAD choices women make..having bastard kids out of wedlock for instance which leads to poverty and the kid growing up w/o a father which is needed.
Your lib way has been in affect for the last 30-40 years and we see what that has led to 78% black bastard child rate 40% and growing whites, violence in schools because kids are told to get in touch with their feeling instead of having their asses spanked
Yeah great job you libs have done. lol
Much as it pains me to say so, I'm with anon1 re. the arrogant and self congratulatory Amy Glass bullshit. What's so damn special about backpacking round Asia or holding down a horseshit job like her own? People should have choices and that means not being ideologically blackmailed in any particular direction. It is the same sort of arrogant crap that dictates the ONLY valid body part to base a career on is inside the skull. Challenge that and the idiots will often double down on the stupidity by validating female athletes and classical musicians. Just so long as it doesn't involve SEX. Reactionary, elitist, patriarchal ('guard your daughter's virtue!'), crypto-theocratic bullshit that would actually fit in perfectly on FR.
ReplyDeleteWhat??? Here is anoonymous comment to me..and I answered it with Amy glass's comments how did I fail?
ReplyDeleteLike I said...you only answer the arguments you want to answer, and ignore the ones that make you look stupid. You love attacking strawmen and then congratulate yourself on showing those libs again. It's kind of funny, like an attack by a kitten.
Your lib way has been in affect for the last 30-40 years
What "lib way" would that be? Another one of your strawmen?
By the way, I don't disagree that there are some extremists that actually do believe that way, nor do I agree with them. I just disagree with you categorizing all liberal women as fat, ugly lesbians and representing the viewpoint of a few extremists who have no real political power as representative of liberals as a whole. Why don't you try rational discussion like EC does? If you didn't start off on the attack, some of us would be willing to listen to you and consider your point of view.
Quite a few feminists have children. They have worked, stayed at home and raised children, went back to work, and then stayed home again to help raise their grandchildren. And they don't appreciate being called cunts for insisting on being able to call the shots about their lives. It isn't that they think stay at home mothers are lesser. It's that being a stay at home mom is being held up as the default by some people, and anything else an annoying, uppity deviation. Show me one man who would be willing to forego his education and career on the premise that some woman would take care of all of his needs until the end of his life, just because she loves him. That would never happen. Some women don't want to pin their futures on depending only on the affections of a man. That doesn't mean they hate men; that just means they are not overgrown, naive children.
