ReplyDeleteIt's easy enough to make fun of this nonsense, but this type of born-too-late, sour-grapes moralism is one of the few things that actually makes me feel bad for FReepers (FReeper women, especially). The jealousy here is practically palpable.
Also: It's kind of funny how the main appeal of the standard logic/emotion dichotomy is to the emotions. Logically, it doesn't hold much water, to say the very least. But believing in it is emotionally satisfying, and it makes angry snap judgments even easier, so who cares? Logic is what we say it is, bitches!
