Every once in a while you hear about a Freeper's job. Lots of engineers and school teachers. But this Freeper is a defense attorney. A defense attorney who wants to get rid of all Democrats.

He's also a lapsed Catholic who shows up on every Catholic thread to explain that he's a lapsed Catholic.

This is actually a lot like what we went through with Communism. The Enemy always had fellow travelers in this country. They dominated FDR's administration. Henry Wallace, for example. Here was a highly placed official who fell all over himself before, during and after WWII to apologize for Stalin. He was at least an admirer of the USSR, maybe he was even a Communist himself. FDR himself was an admirer of the USSR.

History is repeating itself. Now we have a President who admires Islam - maybe even is a Muslim himself. Like Communism, Islam is a totalitarian ideology. Obama is obviously using his position to blunt our response to militant Islam in any way he can.

The one thing they all have in common is their allegiance to the Democratic Party.

We survived subversion of the ideologues around FDR and later those who cut the legs out from under our military during Vietnam, fought tooth and nail Star Wars, placing of missiles in Germany under Reagan.

That stuff went on for decades.

Are we in for another few decades of the same but now substituting Islam for Communism?

There is no such thing as a veterans' preference!

I have a veteran’s preference and I don’t think it ever helped me get a federal job. I’ve applied for lots of them. As far as I can see it’s just ignored and they fudge the numbers any way they want.

Accepting inequality is what Jesus would want:

There is so much to celebrate. So many enormous achievements to thank God for these past 35 years. What unbelievable progress the world has made. All we have to do is get over that people aren't equal and that's just the Way God made it, accept the inevitable Pareto distribution, and focus on producing so much wealth that even the very poorest in relative terms will have access to clean water and air, wholesome food, safe streets, decent housing, and access to basic medical care and education. It can be done, but only if we're willing to embrace inequality.

You're a lapsed Catholic, so why not Pope Reagan?

My $.02. Cardinal Bergoglio is NOT the Pope. Benedict XVI is the Pope and will remain the Pope so long as he's got a pulse. God decides who's Pope and who's not. The College of Cardinals is merely the instrument the Holy Spirit uses to express His Holy Will on the issue. But no Pope, once invested, nor any other human being of human institution, has any right whatsoever to appoint another man Pope while the current Pope is still alive. After all, the Pope is symbolically father. A man might retire from his working career, but he can never retire from being a father to his children - at least not until he's dead.

I dearly love Pope Benedict XVI. I just wish that he had followed the great example of the St. John Paul II who stayed on even in his dotage. He understood that he was our earthly spiritual father to the end of his life and that we needed him as a focal point of our earthly, filial devotion as Christians even when he couldn't speak.

Cardinal Bergoglio is not the Pope, IMHO. His questionable actions would seem to lend itself to that interpretation.

We cannot survive while Democrats exist:

If you're so deluded to think that we can long survive as a people while these demonic Democrats infest our land, then you need to ride your unicorn off into the happy post-Convention future where you can all play with Puff the Magic Dragon. You can change the name of your country to Honalee.

Had you half a brain (which you obviously haven't) then last night's Imperial Decree should have disabused you of any notion of a Constitutional remedy when over half the population of the former United States voted for Zero twice in a row.

The Catholic Church is nothing but gays nowadays:

The RCC was thoroughly infiltrated by gays beginning circa 1930. It's over. They own the entire clergy from the Vatican on down. I see no way short of some major calamity/chastisement that the gays can be dislodged.

That's why I left the RCC. And I was a good little hymn singer, too. But after I learned that my best friend was molested as a kid by a priest, and one of my nephews, maybe two of my nephews, then I really just had to say enough. I have a reputation to keep up. I can't have my good name associated with anything in a Roman collar.

The situation we have now is where a little over one half the voting population, the Democrats, ignore the Constitution whenever it suits them. Underlying it all is a general respect for the rule of law. That is what we no longer have, and that is why an Article V Convention would result only in writing new Constitutional provisions the Democrats wouldn't respect.

The only choice we have, therefore, is outside a Constitutional framework. We must rid ourselves of the Democrats physically. They must be removed from the areas left to our control, the so-called Red counties. We must be prepared to abandon the Blue areas. Once we have removed them from our presence we can talk about new Constitutional provisions that will prevent the formation of another parasitic Liberal majority that will attempt to enslave us. As people who respect the law, we will abide by it. But until we're physically free of the Democrats and have a territory of our own it makes no sense at all, since we'd only be passing more basic law that the lawless, parasitic 51% will ignore at will.

He may have indicted all Democrats without trial, but he'll defend criminals!

I've been a criminal defense attorney for many years, and I have had a few real scumbag clients. But I don't defend my clients. I defend the Constitution of the United States. Making sure that even the lowest of the low are represented by competent counsel is one of the things that keeps the wolf of tyranny from our door.

I should add that a large majority of my clients aren't scumbags - they're just folks who acted like idiots on a particular day. Drank too much. Lost their temper. Let a loved one talk them into something stupid. In this criminal defense game I find myself saying "there but for the grace of God" about 100 times a day.

But some are real bottom feeders. I represent them, too.

That was principled and admirable. Now back to hate.

I love watching Democrats suffer. I don’t care if they’re white, black, Hispanic, Muslim, pagan, Christian or Jew. If they voted for Obama in 2012, I want to watch them burn.

Let these “communities” learn what it’s like when they patrol their own streets. Maybe the next time they’ll give the coppers the benefit of the doubt.
