Government Shutdown might effect military pay

...or so says some report. Freepers jump to the conclusion that a government shutdown is inevitable and that it will be all Obama's fault. This allows them to skip directly to salivating over a military coup:

Consider the distinction between the 1995 shutdown and what is now threatened, together with the way the DOD dismissed P.J. and is treating suspect Private Manning - which one day could be any of us.

It seems safe to conclude the DOD, as with many top government departments, has any number of anti-American political operatives directing policy.

DoD, CIA, FBI, SCOTUS, FOX, NRA and GOP - all commies! Who can you trust? Limbaugh-Palin-Free Republic may be all that remain!
