How many times have we seen this; a legislature overturned by 'Unconstitutional', often with the most flimsiest of reason.

If they hear an eligibility case, they KNOW how they will have to rule. That will cause a Constitutional Crisis and possibly (likely) a civil war.

However, given the laws being passed in several states, that’s going to happen in 2012 anyway unless obastard doesn’t run.

And at that point, the Court’s credibility will have been irreparably damaged with a significant percentage of the country.
