I think she got scared to death the day President Reagan’s body landed at Andrews and the Capital was evacuated because the plane carrying Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher was off course and created a scare by entering restricted airspace. She and her son literally ran for their lives and I don’t think her columns have been the same since.

True, though I thought Obama won handily on points, and tone.
ReplyDeleteBut what really clinched it was FOX cutting away, and the GOP saying it was a mistake to let cameras into that room.
Not only that, but there were 140 Republicans in the room debating him and Obama held his own. Kind of like a sheep going into a den of hungry lions and coming out the other side unscathed and a couple of the lions having a black eye.
