Obama annexes the Supreme Court

The Obama administration files a brief opposing the Supreme Court's expediting a Virginia District Court case on Health Care reform. FOX publishes this as "Team Obama tells Supreme Court to Stay Away From Health Care Challenge." Freepers leap to the bait like they were trained for it:

American Constitutionalist knows a threat when he sees it, and this legal brief is totally a threat:

Who are they to tell the Supreme court what to do ?
It seems they are openly threatening the Supreme Court.

That judges (and Justices) sometimes (even frequently) join with the venal filth in this despicable charade of using "The System" to screw the sheep is not an argument to withhold punishment, it merely means that they must be punished too.

The consequences visited upon these rat-pigs has to be severe enough to act as a meaningful deterrent to any others in those positions ever being tempted to misbehave in such a manner again.

It’s expected that the O Administration did this, as it’s their strategy to get an opposing ruling that his liberal friends on the SC can base their decision on (as Sotomayor isn’t likely smart enough to compose anything to counter the original judge’s order). He wants it to go to SCOTUS 1-1, not 1-0, in sports terms.

He is an arrogant ass, but in this situation, they are doing what anyone would do. That said, I hope the court does reject it and expedites it to SCOTUS.

Obama is just following up on the in chambers chit chat he had with the justices months ago.

There is something going on that such a meeting could be had at that time and now with the audacity to tell the court to bug off.

I wish I knew for certain what is going on. Millions of other people probably want to also know.

In the meantime I’ll put on hold that the justices are honorable and don’t have some peculiar personal circumstances.

Listen up. Roberts tucked tail and ran when eligibility was first brought up. Then he tucked tail again when the illegality of taking over GM and screwing over the shareholders was brought up.

Robert and the rest of the court are a bunch of cowards who are hiding behind their skirts as America is being destroyed.
