If you are a Catholic and have money or power ( or in her case both) you can behave any way you like and the church looks the other way. Not so for the “little people.”

But then the Catholic Church has company, the Mormon Church allows Harry Reid to remain a member in good standing despite all of his variances with respect to his churches teachings.

Oh well, most, if not all churches are Marxist/Socialist at their core so it all makes sense.

As far as the Church is concerned Gingrich WAS NEVER MARRIED. He was not married,IN THE CHURCH until he married Calista.
Marriage in the Church is not only a civil arrangement it is a Religious Sacrament. The Curch is only concerned with the Religious Sacrament as far as marriages are concerned. Any church wedding or civil wedding NOT approved by the Roman Church IS NOT a Religious Sacrament in the Catholic Church.
