Unskewing the polls: Iran edition.

Americans are all for the Iran deal according to the latest Reuters poll. Freepers, who still have the NeoCon hangover and have cautiously and quietly wanted to bomb Iran this whole time, are now all for it since Obama came out against it.

WilliamIII worries about the politics of wanting yet another war:

Many reasons, but no. 1 is that the Republicans were defeated in the elections - and the Democrats took control of D.C. And a big reason for this was the unpopularity of the Iraq war.

Republicans need to stop portraying themselves as the party of more war - or we’ll have a hard time getting back the White House.

The biggest whopper claim, to me, is that this poll represents "Americans." I see this claim more and more. Unless the poll is of registered voters, how can they claim that the people are "Americans," and not just people residing here, illegally or with green cards?

I neither believe or trust a single piece of this lie. Why? Hmm, well, Reuters...this president has very few who trust him in nearly anything any more, America rejected Kerry as a President, Iran is a HATED enemy of this nation and no..I don’t trust you did this at all except to PROMOTE Obama in any way you can.

All they’re thinking is Iran - nukes - deal. They have no clue as to the ramifications of it. If it doesn’t affect or change their personal situation, it’s meaningless to the them.
