Except that no one actually thinks that abortions kill babies.
DeleteOr else they would want to charge the mother as well as the doctor with murder.
And they would spend a lot more resources on preventing miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies.
Pro Life folks sincerely believe our line drawing is wrong, but they claim to draw the line at an absolute place when in reality they're just as arbitrary as anyone else.

DeleteIf the line is arbitrary, how about making it so that liberals are not actually considered people, so nobody cares when we kill them. See how it works? Ain't it fun when the bar for human life can be set by spinning a roulette wheel!

DeleteI'm sure you hate abortion, but I'm sorry, even you don't think of it as murder unless you want to jail the mothers who get them.
And, if you don't think it quite rises to the level of first degree murder, than whatever is aborted is not quite a baby.
You can be against abortion and be ideological consistent. But you can't use the murder rhetoric unless you want to do more than prosecute the doctor.
One can have contempt for blacks without wanting to kill all of them.
ReplyDeleteHell, you don't need abortion to see that, merely look at how Thomas and Cain are "the good ones."
Similarly, once one frames the abortion question not as one of demographics but of personal choice, then defending it would be defending black individuals.
Our RWNJ fraternity are somewhat inconsistent in their approach here. "We must stop all abortions, it's all murder etc....." all that concern for the child, that is up to the microsecond of birth then as far they care the precious life can FOAD
