Turns out that storm the media was overhyping is suddenly super awful, so long as Obama is to blame.
Mad Dawgg lays out the numbers, assuming Staten Island has been completely destroyed:
Let us say for instance 75% of the people on Staten Island left before the storm (I doubt it was that high)dontreadthis is all set for the political angle:
That still is over 100,000 People left on the Island. They have no power or safe drinking water and the food is probably gone if it wasn't destroyed already. And Bloomburg is still gonna run a stupid Marathon that starts on their turf.
I know If I lived there I would be livid.
The other thing to realize is many of these people can't get to work if they even have jobs anymore (think how many businesses are destroyed in the tidal surge) They are soon gonna run out of money so they won't be able to buy stuff anyhow even if they could find some to buy.
This isn't Katrina. This is 30 Katrinas and we will find that Gub'ment won't be able to cope with the demand.
this katrina 2 needs to be yoked around obamagazi’s neck as it was around bushRed Badger adds just a dah of hyperbole:
This is Katrina X100.................ryan71 knows soon everywhere will be as the Staten Island of Freepers imaginations!
A nice little preview of what’s to come....MinuteGal has a plan:
We organized a Berlin Airlift.chessplayer knows the media is hiding how bad it is:
Why not Staten Island???
Helicopter drops of food, medicine, etal in some designated areas where a volunteer ground crew distributes the supplies in an orderly fashion.
What's so complicated about that? It should have been started already.
This is ridiculous.....and frightening.
Welcome to Obama's Futureland now in effect in New York.....and then coming soon to a neighborhood near you.
obama, bloomberg, and Pravda West will do everything they can to cover this up.GOPJ thinks the Red Cross sucks:
The Red Cross and other liberal nonprofits will be there soon - with offers of free counseling... it's part of their ‘keep liberals hired and with jobs’ program Food? Real help? Nope that doesn't employ those who live in LaLa Land...The Red Cross is a liberal jobs program? That is a new one...
Gay State Conservative knows flooding has a liberal bias:
Isn’t Staten Island noticeably more “red” than the rest of the city? If so,that would explain a lot.The Sons of Liberty, though, is pretty stoked, since New York only has liberals in it:
Fox: Staten Island people in the streets fighting one another for food, water, clothing
Sounds like the Third World Utopia Barry has been touting. Well, New Yawk is a true blue state having elected scum like Hildabeast, and voting for Barry Benghazi in '08, so you 'Reap What You Sow' - and you better not be drinking a 20 oz Coke - Bloomie will have you hauled off!
Gay State Conservative: WTF?
ReplyDeleteThe Sons of Liberty: Of course it's because NY is a blue state. Nevermind that it's 40 degrees and much of the metropolitan area was crippled by a once in a lifetime storm that knocked out power, fuel deliveries, etc.
Believe me, I'm in the NYC suburbs and it's rough out at the gas lines. Police, fistfights, arrests, etc. And I'm not even liberal, how come I didn't get my "Get out of hurricane free" card.
The Staten Island of Freepers imaginations!
ReplyDeleteHey, great title. A new version of "A Coney Island of the Mind"?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Coney_Island_of_the_Mind
That would be some wild place!
