1) Yes, general vandalism, some quite severe.
2) No, no mob attacks on whites by violent blacks.
3) Even further vandalism was deterred by OTHER BLACK PEOPLE who were protecting businesses with their own bodies.
4) As expected, the bulk of the bad behavior was perpetrated by outsiders, NOT local citizens.

this was a bit odd, way off the path of the rest of the vandalism, and the only building attacked in that area (though an adjoining shop was burned also).
There's already some questions being raised about this being "suspicious".

Anony: Ferguson IS St. Louis. sorta like saying 59 people arrested in NYC last night are not from NYC but Manhattan..and why doe sit matter the point is nearly all the arrested and causing looting and mahem were black.
The point is, they did speak out against violence. You didn't specify a time frame during which it would be the only time it would count. If they really meant what they said about non violence they would still be telling people to be non violent and peaceful after the verdict which did not go their way..Their true color (no pun intended) is showing through. They were only telling lip service before the verdict..what their lawyer wanted them to say..to give a special front.
Even if I concede your point (and you still haven't given a citation for it) and ignore that any grieving parent may say something they later regret, what about all other black people who have called for nonviolence?

ReplyDeleteThey were praying for the cop to not be indicted, not so much because they were supporting him (although, shooting a "thug" does elevate his standing in their eyes). Rather, they had little freeper hard ons for the inevitable rioting, which they could blame on "Holders People" "Ferals" and "Thugs" and not even have to use the "N" word.
