Invite the Queen of England to your house and she'd handle her cutlery the same way. In fact most Brits regard cutting your food up first, then dropping your knife and shovelling the food in with the flat of a fork held in your right hand as the sort of thing children do. Definitely not behaviour for polite society. Ignorant dingbat should have labelled Obama as an effete upper class wannabe European out of touch with the salt of the earth reality of the average red blooded American male (because we all know nothing Obama does is right *eyeball roll*).

I feel you, man. During the Bush years, I'd see moonbats talking about how 9/11 was an inside job or how Bush was just like Hitler and it made me facepalm. It still does, on the rare occasion I see it.
