High crime rates are tied to poverty, not the color of one's skin. No need for blacks to "police themselves" (as if that's possible), we just need to fund social programs like food stamps, improve education and raise the minimum wage.

As for teachers, my brother, his wife and my mother are and were all teachers and you don't know jack about teachers. Yes, they get benefits, but coming in to school is only part of their job. Most are paid at the lowest pay grade and have to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Just being a babysitter for 30 children 6 hours a day is not the only job they have.
