I draw from this story more conclusions about race than about adoption.
I'm no anthropologist, nor am I a behaviorist (though I wanted to be both at one point) but I'm beginning to think there's something about the Negro race that contributes to excessive emotionalism and impulsivity. The Negro race is one that evolved in response to a climate that's hot almost all year long. Under those circumstances, excessive movement is undesirable. Yet at times, energetic movement is necessary, even life-saving. The nervous and endorcine systems of Negroes could have evolved to the point where sudden and forceful stimuli were required to move the individual from a necessary lethargy in order to take quick, decisive action where it's needed. The conclusions are obvious.

Funny, because here in the US, the biggest dumps are poor white enclaves that no one ever moves TO, only away from. Flyover states, mainly. The exciting and thriving parts of the country are completely full of people of all races from all over the world. In the big realm of things, "modern life" is a very very tiny part of the whole of human history, and, objectively, much of it is useless and ridiculous ... europeans spent untold millenia in caves and mud huts, just like the africans, just like the asians.

ReplyDelete129 million people voted in 2012. Very slightly over half of them (51.1% or roughly 75 million) voted for Obama. Not exactly a ringing endorsement in a country that is somewhere north of 330 million.

I actually lived in Kigali Uganda for one year and I can say I felt 100% safe and I could go out at night at whatever time without any fear.
