Freepers on the Polar Vortex

So it's cold at the moment. Quite cold throughout most of America. Freepers have a thread about it. Mostly it's cute one-upmanship about how cold it gets where they live, and how tough and rugged they are. It even has some interesting stories about the character of snow when it gets super cold.

But one of the things I enjoy about Freepers is when their random intrusive partisanship rears its head. While pickings were slim, in that spirit, here are a few posts I think are worth highlighting in this blog.

Y'see ... I don't want to be accused of being a democrat, so I used the word 'see' rather than 'feel' (or 'felt', in proper case)

But, I tell ya' ... I just came back in from getting the vehicles started and one was stubborn and I had to hook up the jumper cables ... and DAMN!

I feel cold.
