Anyone but Free Republic publishes Wikileaks, it's treason!

So after Free Republic published exerpts of Wikileaks, the New York Times published an excerpt, reprinted from the Guardian. Suddenly, reprinting this (now) publicly available info is TREASON! TREASON worthy of like 40 posts just saying "TREASON."

Here are some of the other, less repetitive posts from the thread:

JimSEA
is still fighting Vietnam:

Same antiAmerican bigotry as was the case with the Pentagon Papers.

WoofDog123 thinks this is yet another existential threat to the fragile United States:

the magnitude of this leak event is simply mind-boggling. This is coordinated with the overt intention of destroying the United States, and I do wonder if there is a nation-state behind this (china or russia).

No one will ever trust communication with the United States again
HereInTheHeartland hopes the New York Times' kids dies.
Wait until one of these a$$hole's kids are executed working for a human rights organization somewhere.

Then we will see how in favor they are of publishing this stuff.
Because this info puts human rights workers in danger somehow!

jwalsh07 invokes noted leaker Josef Goebells:

Somewhere on the wrong side of the RIver Styx Josef Goebells is grinning broadly.

americanbychoice3 wishes we were less free, like that badass Russia:

Had these been Russian Dossiers, Assange would already have been infected with a mysterious virus and he would be comatose by now.
They only choose the US, because of our freedom of speech and our tolerance.

FlyingEagle thinks Obama is complicit, and thinks it's time to impeach:

Clearly the NYT and others publishing the WikiLeaks material are guilty of the crime of treason as defined in Article III Section 3 of the Constitution, as well as in violation of the Sedition Act, and the Espionage Act. The Postmaster General is authorized to impound the information under the Espionage Act.

If the US Government does not order the censoring and impounding of the information, then one can only conclude that the Obama Administration is complicit in the crime. If that is the case, the House needs to get busy on impeachment of the Administration urgently.

The Sedition Act? Wasn't that repealed in like 1920?

caww thinks this is Hillary's doing, somehow. He hasn't thought out why yet.
Well the Clinton machine is always in operation to bring down who it can and often doing this behind other happenings. The waters are full of swimming fish being baited by them. Huge users I would not be surprised their hands are in this or at least well aware and using it to their advantage.
