There are certain racial and ethnic groups that are responsible for the high murder and violent crime rates in large urban city areas

In the 1999 FBI-DOJ Uniform Crime Reports (Clinton-Reno) there were whole states that had total that had only 1-5 firearms murders in a whole year

Chicago is a Barack urban city

Baracks commit the majority of all murders and violent crimes in the USA

The DOJ classifies races as:

White
Barack
Asian
Other

They include Hispanics under WHITE
So the FBI (under the DOJ) cooks the numbers by inflating the number of White Perpetrators
