Spotlight Friday: HiTech RedNeck

HiTech RedNeck

This guy has been on my spotlight list for well over a year and a half, but he waxes and wants. See, he has this one awesome trick - he calls fellow Freepers Satanists. But he'll go for long stretches without doing so.

Such is not the case at the moment, luckily. So prepare to be amazed at the demon haunted world of HTRN.

With many Freepers, it seems clear they were assholes first, and then kinda figured out a faith that required being an asshole and now abide by it fervently. But HiTech RedNeck is so stubborn and zealous, and randomly takes empathetic anti-Freep views...I almost think he lucked into a faith that taught him to be an asshole.

Regardless, he's mostly standard small government Freep, with perhaps a bit more understanding for the poor than the average. And an awesome habit of dramatically invoking Satan all the time.

How Obama got so clever:
I think Barack Obama is listening to hell. Hell is cleverer than he has shown himself to be.
Rooaaaar:
Isn’t it an adage (though not a requirement), the court follows the election returns? Well, now it can. Looks like the door just came off of the conservative cage. Rooooooarrrrr.
Prideful atheist Nelson Mandela:
Mandela could have been gracious and turned the glory to God... which would have been a segue to racial harmony... but did not. He was selfish and wanted idolization.
A Freeper's parentage:
What’s Perry’s plan for dealing with this FEDERAL issue — will he try to undo this embrace of homosexual behavior in the military or NOT?

You heckle like your father, Satan.
Sex should bear the awe of God
Human sexuality was created by God and it was intended to bear the awe of God. What’s happening is that the awe of the devil is replacing that. God can still win but He has to be asked into the situation. God won’t force Himself down the throat of stubborn sinners.
Some Herm Cain-related logical gymnastics:
Herman Cain was a nice guy. Maybe a bit too nice. Herman Cain gets called a skirt chaser? I think it’s more like a few troubled women were chasing his handsome pants, were rebuffed (even if politely), and the proverbial fury that hell hath not like a woman scorned kicked in. And they expected his wife to have been told... get real! If you’re a loving hubby are you going to tell your wife that unstable women are chasing your pants? And give her all kinds of anxiety and jealousy attacks? No, you’re going to refuse the women’s advances AND keep it quiet to the wife unless it gets so ridiculous that they begin involving her too.
Jesus loved vigilante justice:
If more decent citizens were volunteer soldiers (if that’s what having such a weapon makes them) in the troubled cities, these cities would soon become far less troubled.
Gay newlyweds are satanically happy:
They look like they ate happy juice or something. This is satanic, pardon my French.
Sarah Palin!!!!!!
Like her own Savior, the slain Christ, her resurrection will seem to come awfully quickly on the heels of her “death.” She’s already consulting with the big boys. She has taken a lemon which was partly of her own inadvertent creation (she never imagined the ethics laws she championed would be abused in such an egregious manner) and turned it into, not just lemonade, but something heavenward of ambrosia.
Gay's are encouraging gay suicides:
Wonder what it is like to be a “fag” on the other side of the tracks. Do their companions deliberately withdraw from them when they are “rattled” by “homophobia” simply to produce another sympathy loss for the team? Usually Christians under fire will easily be able to find spiritual support in their communities.
Only God can shrink government:
I wish I had some wondrous insight on how to get the government to be smaller.

Well, actually I do. As always it’s through God. People underestimated God while overestimating the government. We’d need a revival that would make the Great Awakening look like a sleepy slap at an alarm clock.

I used to be skeptical about hell fire approaches, and am not quite so much any more,
Selfish Jews, not all going to Israel to end the world...
Jews like to live abroad because they are trying to strike a balance between personal comfort and God. When that tradeoff becomes untenable they will return.
There is no luck but God:
And to speak of luck is to deny the divine. I do not deal in the cards of luck.
Homosexuality is addiction to rageaholism
This is the simple answer; the complex one is that by the time the person comes to accept the idea that intervention is needed (their life is so goofed up by then) there can be a horribly thick web of sinful habit. Enjoying rape-like acts (giving or getting) is quite likely intertwined with “rageaholism.” The sex gives a kick and the anger gives a kick.
Lets honor MLK, even if he did plagiarize from a white preacher:
Even if nobody would canonize King for his personal life as a whole, it’s worth note that he did bring “I Have A Dream” to the fore. So what if it was borrowed (which in fact it was, word for word, from a white preacher decades before). The important thing in the context is that it was asserted.
Careful, fellow Freepers, don't start to hate blacks - they might be Christians too!
I would warn you be careful how you focus your attitude. You looked like you were starting to despise the black people.

And despising them is largely how this problem happened. The first chattel slavery case in North America was by a BLACK (not a white) slave owner. Hardly an auspicious way to get the institution in the door! But Satan accepted it and the white people compromised with Satan in the wake of it.

We should have expected “Christian” morality out of them from the first. As GWB put it, the problem is the soft bigotry of low expectations.
Calling out noted madman Yosemite, who cites the Old Testament to kill all the gays:
You have an excellent question, will we obey our Heavenly Father?

Well the first thing on the agenda is to verify that what we are dealing with IS our Heavenly Father and not the Counterfeit From Hell who would negate every grace of Christ Jesus on the way.

You’ve looked a whole lot like you are dealing with the latter and calling it the former.

You can’t pull the Law into the picture unless you adopt the WHOLE Law. I didn’t put that in the bible, God did. We DO have to play by His rules even while hating what He hates.
One can understand the Baltimore riots, but MLK wouldn't:
One can even semi-understand the desire (though not the choice) to riot, given the usual wall of silence that goes up in such an egregious situation. Trouble was, tempers were already rubbed red hot by the demonstrably bogus situations of Trayvon and Ferguson. And they didn’t even bother picketing the police station where it happened, or the mayor’s office... they just smashed, burned, and looted. If you “riot” at EVERYTHING, then guess what, pace Dr. King, nobody bothers listening to that “voice” any more.
So much for "A riot is the language of the unheard."

Ethiopia, now there's an awesome place to live:
I would say that the well being of Ethiopia tops black Baltimore. There is more to wealth than dollars and cents.
No one really built that by themselves:
Everyone can complain that someone else’s profit was at their expense.
A gay marriage amendment is good politics:
A state marriage standard amendment is one obvious retort to this. And it may be further helped inasmuch as the Gaystapo will not be able to stop itself from being obnoxious... because it is never any more satisfied than hell itself is and because Christianity will not shut up.
Satan's school sounds rad:
I mean either someone boldly sticks his neck out for the truth and gets blasted by you for being a suicide, or else is more lukewarm than this and is thus a “lesser evil.”

I suggest you cancel your lessons in Satan’s school, OK?

  1. HiTechRedneck's version of Christianity is common among those of the so-called Religious Right ...
In their view, Christianity is not a moral philosophy for leading a good and just life, but rather a "private club" for punishing those deemed to not be "trve brelievers".

Note for ol' HiTech ... self righteous arrogance is no way to get into heaven.

    1. Free Republic is the ultimate clique that doesn't tolerate any impure members...I wouldn't expect them to treat Christianity any other way.

    2. If HTRN's faith is normal, that really drives home that Free Republic isn't an evangelical site, because he clashes with Freepers a lot.

  2. Can't wait for Saturday pix, so here's this:

Sticking your reproductive organ up someone else’s butt is behavior.

Perfectly acceptable private behavior that no one will ever question...if you are straight.

I wonder why they don't worry as much about the sticking of the parts in the whatever when it comes to lesbians. The chief complaint about them is that they assume they're all large and homely. (Can't wait to see a picture of their wives.)

    1. Oh, a couple of them are on a push to get everyone to always refer to gays as sodomites. Not sure I follow the rationale assuming there is one beyond petty spite, but it's been cropping up recently.

    2. Ummm ...he's attempting to reclaim the original meaning of the word "Gay" (from archaic French "gai"). He therefore means he had a happy and joyful marriage for 40 years until his wife passed away.

    3. Ah, that's old re_nortex up to his normal shenanigans ...

check out re_nortex and Din Maker on this thread.

If Din Maker and re_nortex aren't trolls, they are still doing all they can to destroy FR from within with their psycho-kookiness, and I have to salute them for that.

    4. Thanks. I admit I had no idea that's what re_nortex meant. I know he yanks their chain regularly, so I thought he meant he was married for 40 years to a gay woman who was churchy enough to marry a man, anyway, and just live with it. I'm not usually this dense...
