It just seems to be part of their DNA.You know that is simply not true. The problem is; the median IQ of blacks is around 80. Borderline retarded. This too, is not genetic but cultural. The culture of inner city blacks is one that does not favor education, and entrepreneurial spirit, but one of indolence and sloth. IQ is not static but can be expanded with proper training of young minds. A training that is not happening in the majority of urban black households.
What you have is a multi-generational culture that is creating the "prison pipeline". At an 80 IQ they are barely functional, and as you can see from the graph 80% of blacks are below the median 100 IQ for whites. In order to grow the IQ one has to have a need to develop skills to survive. Now there is no need to survive, they are paid to subsist. They want to be wealthy, but don't have the skills to develop wealth, nor do they have the intellect to manage wealth properly to last for a lifetime.

DeleteYou know, Hubris is probably the Occam’s Razor explanation. NSA probably said OK Hillary, we ran a line to your house that taps Trump’s stuff, do with it what you will. Pagliano hid it away from the other servers in the ‘office’, grabbed data, and used it as a backup/mirror server for the email servers upstairs when it went croaky and never removed the mirror.
Then it all went haywire from there, and Pagliano took the 5th because NSA strongly counseled him to.
I don't even have to look up that "study" to know it's garbage.
ReplyDeleteThere's practically no one in the modern scientific community who would use IQ to make any kind of rational postulation.
Even in that study, it goes into why those results are invalid ... it was used as an example of bad statistics.
DeleteUnfortunately, it has been used by white racists (and freepers, but I repeat myself) without the accompanying text ever since.
