Ron Paul is an enemy of America

(thanks once again to FresnoGrifter, Free Republic is not bringing to good crazy today.)

Ron Paul may be for small government, but his foreign policy does not contain enough empire or Islam-bombing for Freepers. Therefore, he is evil just like all others who do not toe the line.

Their ritualistic anger at Ron Paul's website quoting Louis Farrakhan (though it arguably has more validity - Paul has in the past associated with some crazies.) is the same as they would treat any liberal.

Absolutely Nobama is too badass to care about Ron Paul's online Nazis!

My main concern is that the lazy and arrogant media is going to tie RuPaul and his cyberstormtroopers to the Conservative Movement, setting us back for decades.
Not on my watch.
Lazlo in PA does the guilt by association thing:

Paul is supported by some very rotten people. I don’t think that is a coincidence.
MestaMachine accuses him of treason.

ron paul has just given interviews or iranian TV that have come mighty close to, if not outright, treason. He should be called on it immediately.

  1. Ozy, thanks for posting my suggestions. Based on this and other threads, I think Freeper hatred toward Paul really symbolizes their cognitive dissonance and hypocrisy problems.

Though Paul is a small-government man and pro-life, Freepers don't just disagree with or dislike the man, they hate the man with a venom that's usually reserved for Obama himself. To wit, Freepers have possibly more "hilarious" parody pictures of Paul at the ready than they might even have for Obama.

I get that they dislike Paul because of 1) his drug legalization views, 2) his lack of support of Israel based on opposition to foreign aid, and most importantly 3) his general anti-intervention stance.

And that's fine! But the level of hatred shown just exposes their reactionary and hypocritical nature.

Reactionary in that the mere mention of him in a thread brings out several harpies immediately, calling him "Jew Hater" and "military hater", refusing to allow for any nuance in the man's viewpoints.

And hypocritical for employing the same methods ("Jew Hater" again) they attack "liebruls" for doing against them for their views on Obamacare and Don't Ask Don't Tell. Also hypocritical for attacking any poll Paul wins (but accepting any polls at face value that promote Palin or Cain) and knocking Paulites for swarming polls when one of FR's favorite activities used to be Freeping polls to reflect their viewpoint.

Anyways, keep up the good work!

  2. PS - The incredibly clever "RuPaul" nickname comes directly from the vile Mark Levin.

  3. Well said, Fresno. I wonder if freepers know how infamous they are. Fark, Reddit, Digg, and many other websites basically laugh at the mere mention of them. They sure do play the victim a lot. I guess it ties right in to the persecuted Christian mindset. Statements like "How long until Obummer shuts us down?" always make me chuckle.

  4. Yeah, and they say liberals like to play the victim? With their complaints about the "liberal" media, Soros, the defunct ACORN and the abortion industry, they sure give their liberal strawmen a run for the money in the persecution department.
