Today's women athletes seem to be competing with the men on the sidelines rather than the women in their class, it seems that the more masculine they act, the more they can prove their equality. Sad, really.

IMHO the uniforms are horrid and I strongly suspect the designers are all gay men. When an athlete has to pull wedgies out after every action (volleyball) or has what boobs they do have hanging out of the shoulder area (swimming), it is a sad testament to the designer.
