Ted Cruz - Non-Natural Born Harbinger of Tea Party Resurgence

In an upset election, the Tea Party candidate won the Republican primary, and thus the election, for Senate in Texas. Freepers remain optimistic that idealists who fail to accomplish anything are just the ticket

arrogantsob crows that the GOP will soon all be as crazy as Freepers are:
“They....they.....they....” forget it. These people get elected because of the way people think and act not some mysterious Wizard of Oz behind the scenes. In four years the Tea Party will be considered “establishment”.
Windflier knows the Republican Party will do...something bad.
Now watch the RINOs circle the wagons and attack the superPACs. They'll stoop at nothing to maintain control of the party. They're as corrupt as the Dems - their partners in crime.
Oh no! broken_arrow1 puts the GOP on the wrong side of his metaphorical Civil War!
Another battle won in the war of conservative aggression.
But the real reason I went here is that Cruz was born in Canada - he's not a natural born citizen! Thus you get folks like cynwoody redefining what Natural Born means, yet again:
Actually he was born in Canada.

True. But his mother was American, which means he's eligible.

That will doubtless be news to a certain set of morons who know who they are and will self-identify in due course.
Oh, this could get good.
