Unions lose in Wisconsin

Blargh.  'Tis bitter medicine, but it'll put fire in your belly, or something.

The failure of the Wisconsin recall does not bode well for the future funding of the Democratic Party.  Freepers, though, aren't thinking about that.  As Freepers become ever more id-driven, they think only of the immediate victory.

Eleutheria5 really wants someone to laugh at:
Come on. Somebody throw a tantrum. Let’s hear some psychotic ranting from the left. It’s so much more fun to laugh in their faces when they’re going nuts.
It may be classless, but that's basically why I have this blog so....

A Navy Vet knows what's important looking good and carrying a gun:
Ever notice how ugly the Dims look when they lose? Or just look in general with their whiny "gimme" beliefs? Conservatives blow off their losses and may look disappointed, but not ugly and ready to pounce. We regroup.
Interestingly, I bet not a one of those poor pathetic "gimmes" have a weapon amongst them. I don't mean that they would or should do anything illegal, but they are so full of their self-righteous PEACE beliefs that they wouldn't have a clue how to defend themselves against their own radical brethern anarchists, who do have weapons.
vette6387 has a plan:
Romney should be a one termer! Hook Walker up with Palin. We need some new, young leadership.
jimsin is also all about Palin.  That's the one unpredictable thing about Freepers' reaction - how much Palin there is:
"Here these sorry bastards pick a fight, try to overturn an election, bring in all the out-of-state union resources in the world early-on —..."

....... 'N

...THEN SCOTTY BRINGS IN A RESOURCE

OF HIS OWN....

THE SARAHNATOR ...
My theory is that Palin still represents hope of a Conservative future to a lot of Freepers.  dfwgator, though, reaches back through history for his own hero:
  This one's for The Tailgunner!
That's Joe McCarthy, folks.  McCarthyism was a paranoid, fascistic era, and that's how Freepers like it!

I'm not sure what dfwgator means here, but I think it has something to do with uppity negroes?
AND THE CELTICS BEAT THE TRAYVONS!!!!
vaudine brings in the inevitable tough guy metaphor:
Reminds me of a story I just read. A bully was picking on a guy that really didn't want to fight. The bully held up his hands motioning the guy to come on and take his best shot.
So the peaceable "victim" stepped in closer and took his best shot. He kicked the bully in the groin as hard as he could, then knelt down and twisted the family jewels while telling the bully in a mild voice how their relationship was gong to be from now on.
Musketeer has decided the Wisconsin State Capital is Holy Ground or something:
Let's not forget how they trashed the State Capitol
No... the voters did not and will not forget that desecration.

  1. Massive projection from Eleutheria5 and A Navy Vet and probably many others, I see.
