I tell ya, Sarah Palin these days seems less a source of hope than of pain for Freepers.
Sarah Palin allows that Condoleezza Rice would be a fine Vice President, despite being pro-choice. Wow, this pushes Freepers' buttons.
Attention Surplus Disorder questions reality itself, thanks to Obama.
I agree with SP. It is *other* things that IMO “disqualify” Condi. And I wouldn’t use the word “disqualify”, because in the 0bama/Maxine Waters/Joe Biden era of political buffoonery, the very concept of “qualifications” really does not exist.miss marmelstein attacks s. Rice in the areas she's strong:
There are so many reasons why Rice would be a lousy candidate so I’ll just stick with my pet peeves:Faith is one of many single issue voters:
She’s incredibly boring and lifeless.
She’s a terrible piano player. Richard Nixon had more talent.
Sorry. I refuse to even vote for a local school board candidate who isn’t pro-life. A person’s fundamental valuing of life permeates all other attitudes and decisions.married21 addresses Sarah directly to explain that it's the pro-choicers who are the single-issue zealots.
I’m really disappointed, Sarah. I don’t want a pro-choice woman on the ticket. I could have stayed a Democrat if I wanted something like that.NELSON111 has decided if you disagree on choice, you're a lunatic.
There is no reason to have a pro-choice candidate on the Republican ticket because people who are pro-choice and use this issue as their litmus test issue will not vote for Romney, no matter who is VP is. People who are pro-choice and do not use this as a litmus test (maybe Republicanse like Guiliani) were going to vote for Romney anyway.
To me...the person who thinks abortion is "OK" or a woman's choice has a mental defect. I cannot understand that mindset...and if they are that corrupted in their thinking...then they are likely corrupted about other things.Randy Larsen is pretty sure Palin is biased towards women:
Palin is wrong again!UB355 realizes this is an already solved problem:
She needs to stop supporting ALL females, no matter what!!!
Palin’s thoughts on this should be looked at no differently then Dick Cheney’ view on Gay Marriage. In other words it makes no difference. The VP follows the lead of the President that’s all Sarah Palin is recognizing.VRWC For Truth is done with Sarah:
Palin: Strike one, supporting Juan McAmnesty in his Senate primary, strike two, supporting Booby Hatch in his primary, and strike three, supporting Condi Rice, pro abortion for VP.SarahPalinForPresident2012 knows all those who don't support Sarah are just trolling:
Oh no! You’ve got all the concern trolls out of the woodwork to diss Gov Palin.Kevmo is getting bored...
Palin’s brand is becoming diluted. She should have run for 2012. She would have wiped the floor with Romnitwit.
Freepers still love Their Sarah though. We'll see how long they can maintain that as reality continues to intrude on her purity.
And we are STILL in YOUR head.
