DeleteActually, by the standards of Free Republic post-2012, there wasn't really anything that stood out. Ebonics? Just run-of-the-mill freepers for you. I didn't see anyone using 'feral humans,' nothing about a race war, nothing about genocide. For the most part, just talk about how if it happens to them, they're going to shoot them dead.
DeleteFor that matter, for once they might actually get their wish. Freepers are mostly old, retired people, relatively well-off (partly due to entitlements they say they hate), with guns. I suspect that there's a good change a fair chunk of those retirees live in Florida. They're actually in the demographic that would get targeted by someone who would try to do it (I'm guessing not very many, with it seeming more common then it actually is since every incident gets right wing media hype), and eventually, there's a very slight chance a freeper would become the target of this. It would be very interesting to see how a freeper responds when actually faced with the situation they talk about.

Ok, this has to stop. Euphgeek is one of the long time commenters on this blog. Wife of euphgeek - really - what you you trying to accomplish here? Why are you using that username? You do seem to be a rational person, and a frequent commenter. What possessed you to use someone else's username? And if you're not going to stop, then at the very least keep the same username. And for heaven's sake, don't use the exact same username.

How about we call a truce, and come up with a username for wife of euphgeek that both of you are happy with. Would "friend of euphgeek" make both of you happy? Or "Wife of euphgeek (no relation)" as a username? That would at least make it clearer what's going on. Give it a rest already, both of you.
I don't want him to use my username in any way. He's welcome to use "wife of euph" or "wife of eg" or something similar.
