Some terrorists are okay.

Peter King once said the IRA was not to blame for their terrorism. Now he's investigating Muslims for being terrorists. Freepers try to spin, spin, spin away the hypocrisy:

sport doesn't need spin when he has flat disbelief:

This is nothing but a hit piece on King. If he had not started investigating muslims, this would have never came out. If it is true.

Who needs to research potentially adverse info when I can just assume it's a lie and move on?

muir_redwoods doesn't care about Republican hypocrisy as long as Obama keeps being evil:
Did Rep. King learn anything from his experience with the IRA? Did Obama learn anything from his experience with "Rev." Wright or Bill Ayers?
Just asking...
hondact200 thinks killing civilians internationally makes it worse:
muslim terrorism is different it is on a international scale USA, Spain, Germany, Israel, Philippines.

The IRA was limited to (correct me if I am wrong) The UK.

They just want to make another issue of something that has died out.
TopQuark thinks the IRS had legitimate grievances, whereas the Muslims do not:
King is correct: there is not much of a parallel between Islamo-fascists and IRA. They do use similar methods, and we abhor those in both cases, but IRA has a land dispute with Britain. Muslims attacking U.S., Indonesia, Pakistan or Argentina don't claim to have such as dispute.

Secondly and more importantly, people evolve. Did you notice that quites attributed to King end in... 1995? Why so?

Looks like the person who parted with him did so for some other reason and uses this garbage to get even.
So what you're saying is that stuff you said and thought before 1995 don't matter? President Obama will be quite gratified to hear that.

WilliamIII dissents - the IRA is not cool in his book!
IRA almost killed Margaret Thatcher. They’re not cool people in my book.

To hell with the civilians and policemen the IRA actually killed, they mighta hurt a Freeper hero! Priorities people!
