Obama is micromanaging the military to destroy it

Some generals think the President is micromanaging them too much, I guess. This is pretty completely unsurprising.

Freepers have a bunch of reactions to this, all of them crazy.

Amagi knows who else micromanaged the military!
Hey, Obama is just like Hitler in micromanaging the military, only dumber and more psychotic.
As if he didn't before, GrandJediMasterYoda now hates everyone who voted for Obama.
All our military heroes who gave their lives, were maimed, injured in defense of freedom in the middle east and how did the majority of the American people thank them? By making the enemy their commander in chief who not surprisingly threw away everything they sacrificed for. Probably the most disgusting thing this country has ever done when it comes to the military and why I will never ever have any respect for someone who voted for this Islamic piece of rat slime posing as our POTUS.
Temujinshordes hates LBJ
LBJ put politics over everything else, including his country, his family, his mistress, and his illegitimate son. He had zero integrity, no ethics, and largely charted the course for the disastrous path this country has had since he gained congressional power. The grass grows well on his grave.
Oh yeah, Dan(9698) hates Truman!
It started with Harry Trueman.

He is the first to intentionally cause the Military to lose.

Woodrow Wilson also went for a stalemate for WWI to end in an armistice. That was just time for the enemy to rearm and start again 20 years later.
lavaroise has gone on beyond treason:
I think it is beyond treason. This guy hates the world.

Right now he plays it as being for the world and against America, but he has even more contempt for the idiots he uses in the White House drinking the Kool Aid bit by bit.
SkyPilot explains that God hates Obama, because of all Obama's secret evil doings:
People need to realize that Obama's 2009 Cairo Speech was an all out attack on America, the West, Israel, and Christianity.

["Cairo Decoded" link]

Obama GAVE PERMISSION to the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and what became ISIS to launch violent revolution throughout the Middle East. He would secretly fund, support, and aid their conquest and slaughter.

Obama WANTS the Caliphate, because he WANTS to destroy Israel.

God has other plans.

When Israel strikes back at her enemies, and they are given under the hand of the Jews and they break like waves on the water, then the world will shake its fist in frustration and tremble in fear.

Obama is cursed by God.
ilovesarah2012 is military coup hoping:
Apparently they don’t hate him enough.
bert goes with a lynching metaphor:
if they pulled the leash over a tree limb nd yanked it hard, the military problem would be solved.

leashes can be pulled in two directions

  1. I'm surprised no one said they hate Martin Van Buren...why stop at Democrats from the 20th Century? "I HATE GROVER CLEVELAND!!" Lol.

    2. No, Freepers in the 1880s would have been screaming about how the south will rise again, hating on those damned reconstructionists and bitching about their damned missing slaves thanks to that RINO Lincoln.

  2. Funny, I have a post on the sad dregs of the Ebolapocalypse coming up tomorrow afternoon.

  3. Many freepers said there would be millions dead in the US by Thanksgiving.

  4. Oz, you really haven't the faintest inkling about virology, do you? Lol. Carry on, kids ;).

Just a reminder: 19 beds. In all the US.

  5. @ hahyrningur

And I suppose that's all Obamas fault too right?

  6. I know enough epidemiology to know that magic isolation beds are not the key to containing an outbreak.

The real solution is to get rid of the reservoir in Africa, which Obama is doing, much to Freepers' anger.

  7. The President of the United States who is also the Anti-Christ is going to bring Ebola patients here from Africa. This was the subject of 3 or 4 big, long threads at Free Republic.

Why is he going to do this? To spread the deadly disease and kill us all! Obamabola gonna kill us all!

I read it on Free Republic so you know it is true.

  8. Remember when Benghazi was a thing? Fun times, all a few months ago.

  9. But don't forget that Liberals are the real racists. Can't you arrest them all on death threats or even murder suspicion yet?

  10. Well, Oz - the reservoir isn't only in Africa. Not anymore. Did you forget about the pig population in the Philippines? You have several problems to deal with. Anyone who thinks R(0) is going to stay 1 or close to it in the US or EU is out of his tiny everloving mind. And what it will be in a place like Calcutta you can only have nightmares about. And, yes - there are now infections in Delhi.

Then there is the mutation rate of a family of viruses that no one understands. That's right. And that's according to the authority, the Journal of Infectious Diseases.

And of course, everyone has felt the possibility of import of this stuff so remote that serious work on a vaccine hasn't been done at all, far less understanding the thing.

But I guess that if you start bleeding from the eyes you can protest to the nearest human rights commission ;).

  11. Pigs? Where are you hearing that?

NPR tells me we have no idea where the nonhuman reservoir is. Bats, bugs, monkeys, all turning up negative. (http://www.radiolab.org/story/169879-patient-zero/)

Mutations are a concern, but 1) from where Ebola is to being effectively airborne takes a number of rare mutations. And 2) if that happens, lack of beds will be the least of our concerns.

Historically, governments have proven decent at fighting epidemics.
And Ebola research has been happening pretty steadily since the 1990s at least.

But we can quibble about facts and associated risk implications all day. Until you think this is an Obama plot and that millions of US Ebola deaths are being hidden from the public, you're way ahead of Freepers.

  12. What we all have to remember about Hahyrningur is that, before he was unceremoniously tossed from FR, he was deep into the conspiracy theory crowd over there.

Not even the run-of-the-mill Obama shit that everyone there adheres to, but the wild crazy ages-old Illuminati Holy Grail Alien Reptilian World Domination Loose Change stuff.

A few ebola cases are the latest grist for his ever spinning mental windmills.

  13. When was the last time Freepers cared about actually trying to prevent anything that wasn't right in front of their nose affecting their lives? All they care about is reacting. So Hahyrningur, I can't figure out if you're being coy and snarky about prevention, or cure, or quarantine, or lack of gov't oversight, or...or what. To contain an epidemic, you have to attack it at its source. Unless you're suggesting banning all flights from the globe into the US (ha ha, good luck), or spending shitloads of government money on more than "19 beds" for patients. President Obama didn't create the Ebola virus, so quit being so gleeful, because you're starting to sound like an idiot who isn't sure what you're upset about OR rooting for.

"GOP leaders warn 'impeachment' is a dirty word"

Smart move by the GOP. FReepers are going to LOVE this move.

    If they were sane.

  16. Oz: the reservoir in pigs was something discovered after Ebola Reston made its appearance, although it took 12 years or so. But as for the Ebola reservoir, it's as elusive as in 1970. At first it was thought to be bats, when that fell down they thought maybe insects preying on bats, when that failed they thought maybe mites and stuff living in guano in bat caves.

Over time, ebola has been found infecting animals with no ill effect, but to call these new (and there are a few of them) reservoirs the real reservoir is of course wrong. Today, we know as little of the virus origin as at the first case. And real research is slow, expensive and dangerous.

And Reston *is* a true airborne virus, as you'd know if you did your homework. Reston doesn't kill people, only monkeys, but statistics say that it will get it right sometime. And from the virus emergence to Reston took only a few years. You may think you have time, maybe because Mr. Obama tells you so, but I tell you that you have no time.

AnB: You actually sound insane. But I guess it's true what they say about libs :).

Ay: Reptilian? I thought Icke was more your crowd? The Bushes and all that ? Lol.

  17. So, if I understand correctly, you're saying that if we don't expect a Ebola apocalypse we are insane?

  18. How many people died of the flu this year compared to Ebola hahyrningur?

    ReplyDelete
  19. 1. Despite "Hot Zone" - hardly a model of journalism - Ebola Reston has not been confirmed to be airzone.
    2. If Ebola becomes airborne, no amount of pre-planning will help, so the best thing is prevention, i.e. keeping it out of humans as much as possible.
    3. Check out the Radio Lab. It talks to actual scientists and goes into actual post-Hot Zone research.

The thing about doomsaying is that it's empty of actual policy proposals. Being anxious about things we have no control over is not terribly productive.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hahyringur is beyond even the reptilian crowd with his conspiracies. Not even icke and Jones believe their own daughter is in on the conspiracy!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Oz: While "hot zone" is popular account, all other literature such as the first international proceedings on the virus and the relevant medical journals confirm that Reston is indeed airborne, and that mutations are taking place at a good clip.

For something particularly disheartening, look up the latest news from India: a man, out from Africa with clean blood tests, still had Ebola in his semen samples. I kid you not. If you follow my blog at all, you may remember I mentioned virus latency.
