elcid1970 would prefer to pretend this opening was on September 11. Also, a story:Muslims have NO INTENTION of ever respecting your property rights, infidel. To them, you are not a fellow citizen deserving respect for your rights, but are instead lower than dirt.
They are USING your respect for the Constitution against you, and laughing up their sleeves at what they intend to do to civic respect for your unalienable rights once they wield power.
They are not participants in that social contract and are therefore undeserving of its protections.
You mean, why not open the Ground Zero Mosque with a “Happy September 11th!” observance? We know the muzzies considered it.
There’s a mosque across the street where I live (in a high rise thank goodness) and the Friday following 9-11 the muzzies had a HUGE party like I’d never seen before. Burkas and hijabs and kufis and beards were everywhere. Even rides for the littler jihadis. Then a huge amount of trash left on the curb the following day.

Not because leftists don't want it (they do), or because conservatives oppose it.
I've been hearing for awhile, that this is all an elaborate fundraising scam to milk money out of donors (mostly leftists).
Alot of muslims, or at least alot of folks in the muslim community here in new york, are chattering/gossiping that the money is going to go into the pockets of the group running this, who will turn around in the future, blame conservatives/christians/patriots, and say they "can't open", and will move on (with millions of dollars).
One muslim told me, that if this was a real venture to build a mosque, the saudis would have paid the whole thing in full, without hesitation. They know its a scam, because they know who the folks are running it.

Hooray, "Park 51" is now open to everyone!! Yes comrades it was a little rough there at the begining when we had officially named it "Cordoba." We could count on the liberals not bothering to know what it ment but then the thinking Americans found out that the term "Cordoba" stood for a “Symbol of the Islamic Conquest of Christian Lands” we had to change the name and lose out on the delicious irony...... we'll do better next time.....

I already supplied facts when I had to point out that Dan Rather was fired for trying to manipulate a story with fasified documents. I also pointed out that the news orgainizations like the NY Times used pirated tape recorded materail in their articles and other lib news outlets actually defended it but changed their tune when they thought Fox had done it...It's your turn to supply some actual facts....AGAIN, just when and were are those may times Fox knownly falsified stories...
