Miami valedictorian to be deported

Freepers are caught - on the one hand, they can attack Obama for allowing the deportation of a future intellectual asset, on the other, they hate them some illegals.

What to do? Claim victimhood, everybody wins!

leenie312 and autumnraine lay out the conflict:
the bottom line is, she is here illegally...she has broken the law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse...her parents knew they were breaking the law even if she didn’t. She needs to accept the consequences of her actions...and the actions of her parents unfortunately....
versus:
Yeah, deport the successful ones and keep the pedo-felons around.

What’s up is down, what’s down is up.

The world is insane.
It's amazing how Freepers can take both sides of an argument, but be so crazy and mean they are wrong both times!

silverleaf laments how all the people defending her are suckers:
no doubt she'll get full freight paid by “someone else” for a quarter million in tuition and fees, while many of the the poor slobs walking out to protest her entitled treatment will be lucky to make out of pocket tuition at dade community college
The Great RJ is sure this deportation is because she's not enough of an evil Mexican steriotype:
if her parents had only recently slipped over the border from Mexico and her father was a member of La Raza I doubt she would be deported especially if she was a registered Democrat and avid Obama supporter. I blame the parents.
ngat also feels this tragic story makes him a victim:
I would bet she is a known conservative also, and that is why they are trying to deport her while giving the liberal aliens here illegally every chance in the world to stay.
SoFloFreeper blames the media.
Notice how the media is blaming "a judge" and not Obama? I only point this out because every similar story in south Florida from 2001 to 2008 was blamed on the evil George Bush.
